How my journey began

I am a licensed clinical social worker who received my Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Nutrition and Health Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. I also received post-graduate psychoanalytic training at the National Institute for Psychotherapies (NIP) and completed additional certification in Palliative and End of Life Care (PELC) at New York University.

I have experience working in various settings, including in individual private therapy, group therapy, and within a hospital where I specialized in palliative and end of life care and in helping individuals and families cope with loss, grief, and chronic illness. In addition, I work with those living with anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues and various life transitions. I am extremely passionate about holistic forms of healing and deepening the mind-body connection.

In therapy, I draw from a myriad of psychodynamic theories and tailor my approach to the individual needs of the client, meeting them right where they are at. I employ a person-centered, humanistic, and strengths-based perspective to help clients explore and connect to the highest, most-aligned version of themselves.

I look forward to working alongside you.
