My Specialties

Grief.

Grief is not a one-size-fits-all despite common misconceptions about what it “should” be like for everyone. I am here to tell you that each individual is different and copes differently with loss. We can work together to help you mitigate pain and suffering as we explore self-compassion and kindness. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, I am here to help you as you navigate this.

Relationships.

Whether navigating a romantic relationship, casual dating, family, and/or friendships, interacting with and being close to others can be challenging at times. I am here to help you explore your relationship goals, potential barriers, and unveil limiting beliefs as we ultimately work toward cultivating more fulfilling relationships in all areas of your life.

Anxiety.

Anxiety typically consists of intense and persistent worry or fear about everyday situations. It can occur normally in stressful situations such as public speaking or taking a test. However, sometimes can be so pervasive that it seeps its way into daily living, which can be hard to manage on one’s own. Many benefit from additional support around managing this day to day. We can work together to find strategies that are effective for you.

Life Transitions.

Change can be extremely uprooting and challenging. There is often a sense of loss combined with uncertainty of the future whenever a life transition occurs. Adjustment to new jobs, new family structures, grieving, relationship changes, or any type of transition can warrant such feelings. We can work together to help you navigate transitions as you reach for the highest, most aligned version of yourself.

Depression.

Depression is extremely common, impacting 1 in 10 adults in any given year, and typically affects important key life areas such as mood, sleep, work and relationships. While it can feel isolating and lonely, know that you are not alone in this journey as many struggle with this. Therapy might serve as an important first step toward healing and self fulfillment.

Mental Wellness.

Mental wellness refers to a sense of balance amongst the core components of your overall wellbeing. These core components include social, spiritual, emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, and physical. If you are feeling as if one area is off, it oftentimes can affect the whole ecosystem. Becoming mindful of and taking care of each aspect of your core wellness can help you become more cognizant of the interconnectedness of each and how these all contribute to feeling well, both physically and mentally.
